Our terms of use
In effect from October 30, 2026
Who may use this site
Northmere Advisors serves businesses. If you browse this site or send a request, you confirm that you act for a company and not for personal, family or household purposes.
Accuracy of what you send
You agree that everything you give us is true, complete and current, and that you are authorized to give it on behalf of the company and its owners. Please tell us promptly if anything changes.
No guarantee of outcome
Our advice is based on the information you share. We do not promise any result, including that a funding source will offer capital, or on what terms.
Fees
Sending a request costs nothing. Any further work is agreed with you in writing before it begins. Any cost of outside capital is set by the provider offering it, and you will see it from that provider.
E-signatures and e-records
When you sign on screen, that signature binds you exactly as ink on paper would. We keep our records electronically and will send you copies the same way.
Phone, email and text
By sending a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email and text about it, including with automated tools, at the numbers and addresses you gave. Carrier charges may apply. You can end texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can tell us to stop calls or emails.
Limits of liability
Where the law permits it, Northmere Advisors accepts no responsibility for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this site or acting on our advice. If we are responsible for a claim, the most we will owe is what you paid us for the piece of work the claim concerns.
Governing law
Northmere Advisors is formed in a particular state, and that state's law decides any dispute about these terms, ignoring its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
